Cases begin with your impression or a custom tray. We set teeth in wax so you can confirm vertical dimension of occlusion and esthetics chairside, then process, festoon, and tissue-tint the finished prosthesis. Soft Seal, name-in-denture, and custom trays are published add-ons.

Flexible partials are injection-molded thermoplastic nylon that adapts to the ridge without visible clasps. Acrylic partials are priced per tooth from one to thirteen. Cast chrome-cobalt and metal-free Visiclear frameworks are surveyed, designed, and finished in house, with four clasp options.

Hard relines are flasked and processed for accuracy; soft relines use a resilient liner for tender tissue; a rebase replaces the base while keeping the existing tooth setup. Fractures, broken clasps, and lost teeth are repaired to published rates, with reinforcement options when a case has already failed once.

Hard acrylic, dual-laminate, and nylon flex guards absorb the load of bruxism. Astron and hard/soft clear splints and neuromuscular orthotics address the occlusal scheme itself. NTI deprogrammers limit posterior contact for a diagnostic baseline. Athletic mouthpieces, bleach trays, and palate stents come off the same models.

Hawley retainers give you an adjustable labial bow; Essix retainers are thermoformed, clear, and quick to replace, with the option of a single pontic. Band-and-loop, bilateral, and lingual holding arch space maintainers are soldered to the bands you send. Printed models are available when no stone cast exists.

Overdenture and hybrid structures are built per implant and the prosthesis is processed to them. Locator abutments, males, inserts, and O-rings add real retention to a removable denture. Drill guides and surgical guides with sleeves carry your planned angulation and depth from the plan to the osteotomy.
